Why KindStay exists
KindStay was founded to address a systemic failure in the housing sector: the treatment of people as externalities in building safety and remediation programmes. We believe that systems which are 'safe on paper' but ignore human reality are inherently unsafe and commercially high-risk.
Our mission
Transform housing disruption into stability.
We connect homeowners with organisations who need trusted, short-to-medium-term accommodation - and we go further. With proactive wellbeing check-ins, guidance, and access to our wellbeing hub, we ensure every resident feels supported, not sidelined.
Our values
Integrity
Infrastructure as trust
Every partnership is built on the truth that neglecting human factors creates risk. We provide the transparent, audit-ready data required to manage that risk ethically and effectively.
Impact
Stability by design
By anticipating needs and resolving conflict before it escalates, we’re creating lasting solutions that reduce stress, build community, and set new standards for wellbeing in housing.
Dignity
Not just "care"
Wellbeing is not a soft add-on, it is infrastructure. We ensure residents regain agency during disruption, turning 'difficult' situations into compliant, predictable outcomes.
Our story

KindStay was born out of lived experience. When I was evacuated from my home for fire-safety issues, I saw first-hand how exhausting and frustrating displacement can be - and how little real support residents receive.
With a background in technology, leaseholder advocacy, and behaviour & mindset training, I knew housing needed a different approach - one that recognised the human cost of disruption and prioritised wellbeing.
That’s why I built KindStay - to challenge the status quo and create a platform rooted in care, fairness, and proactive support. Because housing should never just be shelter. It should feel like home.
Impact in action
"I was anxious and confused by the different messages I heard about our situation. After speaking with KindStay, I felt 100 x’s better about my housing situation."
Resident
"If you get the residents on-side, the build is simple."

Where we're going
We’ve validated our Wellness Hub with leading experts in the housing sector proving that accommodation can - and should - come with care.
By the end of 2026, our goal is to scale KindStay nationwide, setting a new standard in wellbeing-first housing standards.
